Johnny Be Good Meyer
Sunday 9th March...another day in paradise...Bobbin Head Rd, Mooney Mooney Bridge, high speed and distance roller blading!!!! Once again, Phil, clad in an iron helmut, actually a new Netti full face fibreglass, ultra smooth and aerodynamic helmut, Johnny be good Meyer, Ben the habbibbi, Jez the Jez, Sean the cunning Cunningham, Carla the BABE, and Ivan the horrible, whom was actually really nice this particular day and drove us in the dodgy, rusty, exhaust filtered, white, Phil Tings' uncles'van!!!!! Actually Phil found some micro tape and taped it up although I still felt ill although I did have a huge night at Rob Smallwoods' Magic party in Dee Why....but thats another entire report!!!

Anyway we all met up except for Jez and Carla whom were arriving a little later. Sean the cunning Cunningham was back in action and when I say he's back I mean to say he's back. Do you get what I mean!! Well it sounds better anyway!!! He was flying with Phil and myself being sucked along behind him in his jet stream!!!!!! Poor Ben was left way behind as you all know he is getting old and can't handle the speed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ONLY jokin' Ben!! He did really well getting up to speeds of 8 and 9 km/hr.....Just jokin Ben...Ben...now come on Ben I was only joking. Put that kid down Ben they will get you for more than Jay skating!!

SO or alors as the French would say, we did a few runs and then Jez and Carla the BABE joined us. They checked things out first from the safety of the van with comments like those guys are really going fast...and......they are really really going fast......and.......shit they are crazy man....and gee Sean is the speed God! Actually only a little while later and Jez was tucked in behind Sean the cunning Cunningham! Well I can understand his brave stance or tuck? as he was wearing a 2 tonne black muther F@##$%%er helmut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The turns are very well rounded and banked with a few ripples here and there but good enough to do without any real problems of coming off and either going over the edge through the bush and into the water or just sliding down the road on your Breadboard leather welding gloves until you wedge yourself under an on-coming car or hit the wall at 60km/hr. SO there you go, pretty safe!!

The average speed was 45km/hr and the road surface was a little rough which gave you a vibrating feeling...Oh what a feeling...Sol om on!! You know Stratford on Avon.....Solomon on Bobbin.....that kind of thing!!!!! Anyway the surface vibration was even more effective through my large rims and before I knew it I couldn't even feel my feet. I wish I couldn't smell them but that didn't work as well! I will talk to Solomon about that!

So there you have it. I got a phone call from Rob the Smallwood and the wind was blowin 20 knots down at boat harbour so duty called and the boys continued to Mooney Mooney where they continued their awesome sick speeeeed!

Great thanks once again to reo steel inflicted through the calf muscle Ivan the Horrible!

Sydney Bladers is not run by any one, no one owns it, no one is responsible for it, this web site is designed to help this sorry bunch of bladers who meet up every Wednesday night for a great time, no meeting times are planed by anyone, it is just a freak coincidence that up to 70 people meet up at the same place and time every Wednesday night and head off on the same direction some where around the city for 2 hours.

The web designer of this site (me) is not responsible if you do something stupid because of this web site, if you do I will plead insanity, I have many people on the city skate that will hold proof to this in court if need be. You read this information at your own risk, if you do something stupid then you are an idiot and don't come crying to me about it. If you take this disclaimer too seriously or think its stupid then you have no scene of humor and are probably a very boring person.
